- Complete and return the Company Profile to your Business Development Representative
- Complete and return the Employer Commitment Letter on your letterhead, signed by an authorized representative for your organization to your Business Development Representative
- Receive approval from NCUA and our Board of Directors
- Schedule an employee information and enrollment session within 30 days of approval.
