ELIGIBILITY

People’s Trust Federal Credit Union Enrich ICU Day Cash Prize Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to anyone at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employees, are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The People's Trust Federal Credit Union Enrich ICU Day Cash Prize Giveaway (“Contest”) begins on October 4, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on October 20, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CT (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by People’s Trust Federal Credit Union (“People’s Trust”), 413 Bastrop, Houston, TX 77003.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Contest Period, register and complete an Enrich course no later than 11:59 PM on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. An Enrich registration counts as one entry. Each completed course counts as a separate entry with the maximum number of entries equal to one plus the number of Enrich courses on the platform.

Registration is free, unconditional and does not depend on the subscription of credit union services. People’s Trust is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, delayed, destroyed, deleted, erased, stolen, or unreadable. People’s Trust assumes no responsibility for any error, problem, or malfunction (human, technical, or otherwise) which may occur in the creation, maintenance or processing of Sweepstakes entries, or which prevents entries from being created. To enter the Cash Prize Giveaway Sweepstakes, send a 3x5 index card with your name, address and phone number to People’s Trust Enrich ICU Day Cash Prize Giveaway Sweepstakes, Attn.: Marketing Dept., 413 Bastrop, Houston, TX 77003. Limit one (1) entry per postage-stamped postcard or envelope. Mail-in entries must be handwritten and received by October 15, 2021.

SELECTION OF WINNER

One (1) winner will be chosen by random selection from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period (the “Prize Winner”). The Prize Winner will be notified by email on October 21, 2021. If a winner does not affirmatively accept his or her prize within 24 hours, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The Prize Winner will agree to permit People’s Trust to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

PRIZES

The Prize Winner will receive a $250 Amazon.com gift card. Determination of the winner will be made by a staff member of People’s Trust; whose decision is final. People’s Trust reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value. People’s Trust will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law. All taxes, fees, surcharges or liabilities relating to a prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Payment of any federal state or local taxes will be the obligation of the Prize Winner, and any costs not specifically identified herein are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.

PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media (including the internet) without further payment or consideration.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

People’s Trust reserves the right to add, delete or revise these Official Rules as necessary without notice. People’s Trust is not responsible for printing errors or omissions. These rules supersede any published advertising.

By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless People’s Trust, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, members and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt of the prize. People’s Trust and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, members and representatives and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, or other damages of entrants and/or winners arising from, or in connection with acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of the prize awarded or participation in this Contest.

People’s Trust is not responsible for any error or technical malfunction of any telephone, computer, or other equipment which prevents an entry from being made or received during the promotional period. People’s Trust is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Contest. People’s Trust reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Contest and redemption of any prize. Entries by ineligible persons, fraudulent entries, or entries created in error will be disqualified and an alternate entry selected. People’s Trust reserves the right to void or reverse the awarding of any prize obtained fraudulently or illegally and to seek appropriate remedies to recover any prizes.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforce-ability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and People’s Trust in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas, without regard to choice of law rules, and venue shall lie in Harris County, Texas.
