MARTi Telephone Account AccessThe People’s Trust automated teller can help you with account balances, transfers, loan payments and more. MARTi is available 24/7/365, and transactions are posted to your account immediately. MARTi Service Codes have not changed. To use Service Codes instead of listening to the menus, select Option 9 from the Main Menu. MARTi will remember your preference for future calls. Click here to see a list of MARTi Service Codes. To receive or reset your MARTi password, call Member Services during regular business hours at 713.428.3200 or 800.321.2411. Recent Changes and UpgradesTransfers to other membership numbers are available in the new MARTi system, however, your account must be enabled to do so. After Cross Member transfers are enabled on your MARTi account, you will hear new options when using Service Code 27# or Option 7 in the Transfer Menu. Please call Member Services to enable this feature on your account. We apologize for any confusion this issue may have caused. MARTi was upgraded on Feb. 4, 2008.
