HomeBranch Security Upgrade
Take action now to get ready for your security upgrade.
We will upgrade your online account on August 5th to give you stronger security safeguards. You can prepare now by updating your user ID and password to meet the new security requirements. Here’s how:
- Log in to HomeBranch™ and go to “User Options.”
- Click “Change Login ID” and “Change Password” to update each.
- Create a new ID and password that meet these new requirements:

What to Expect After the Upgrade
The first time you log in to HomeBranch after the upgrade is complete on August 5th, you will be guided through the easy steps to strengthen your account security. It will take about five minutes to complete the steps. The following screen will prompt you to get started:
