For added convenience, People's Trust Open-End Lending Plan allows you to obtain a loan without returning to the Credit Union to sign paperwork. After signing up, you can apply for a People's Trust loan online or by phone and your loan will be processed without requiring your signature!

To take advantage of this service, please print and complete the Open-End Lending Form. Be sure to sign and date the form where indicated and keep a copy for your records.

After completing the form, return it to People's Trust by:
