Enhanced Login Security

Your online security has always been a top priority. On the evening of October 5, 2009, we upgraded your online banking experience with a new security service, which is known in the online security industry as Multifactor Authentication, to further help protect you from identity theft. At People’s Trust we refer to this as "Enhanced Login Security."

If you have not already, the next time you log in to HomeBranch you will be prompted to establish your Enhanced Login Security. Setup should take no more than 2-3 minutes and will entail picking and answering ‘challenge questions’ from a predefined list.

If you are currently enrolled for the Forgotten Password Retrieval feature, you will be also be prompted to change your Forgotten Password Retrieval questions when you create your Enhanced Login Security.
